Refund Policy

Courses, ebooks, and bundles

All sales are final. Course and ebook purchases deliver their full content immediately and are not refundable once purchased. Use the free preview and the course descriptions to decide before you buy; if you have questions, ask us first and we will answer honestly.

Dashboard subscriptions

Funding dashboard plans are monthly subscriptions and are not refundable, in whole or in part. You can cancel at any time: cancellation stops the next renewal, and your access continues through the end of the month you already paid for. No prorated refunds for unused time.

Certification exams

Refundable any time before you begin the exam. Once an exam attempt starts, the fee is used, whatever the result.

Billing mistakes

Charged twice, charged after you canceled, or charged the wrong amount? That is our error and we refund it in full, every time. Email support@counterpivothub.com from your account email and we will sort it out, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

If we close your account without cause

In the rare case that Counter Pivot LLC terminates your account without cause (Terms of Service, Section 14), we will refund the unused prorated value of any active subscription and the unused value of any one-time purchase made in the 30 days before termination. An account closed for violating the Terms gets no refund.

The honest part

We state this policy before you buy, on this page and at checkout, so there are no surprises after. Nothing here reduces any rights your local law gives you that we cannot limit.
